At Lufgearfive, each product is made to order just for you, which makes every piece unique. We value your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.


📦 Do You Accept Returns?

Since all our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, design, or item)

Please double-check your order details (size, color, personalization, etc.) before checking out.


🚨 What If My Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?

No worries! If you receive an item that is:

  • 💥 Misprinted

  • 🧵 Torn or damaged

  • ❌ Not what you ordered

Just send us an email at support@lufgearfive.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the item showing the problem

We’ll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate – 100% free of charge.


💡 Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Please contact us ASAP if you notice an issue right after placing your order.


❓ Other Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection, address errors, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
